Sophie

Sophie (25 years) is a healed patient from Nosy Varika. She came to Freedom from Fistula Clinic with Georgette our Patient Ambassador. She had obstetric fistula for two years.

During this time, it was hard for Sophie as she couldn't go out with her friends or to church. She always felt she had to stay home because she smelt of urine. Now Sophie is fully recovered and her only wish when she returned to her village was to visit her relatives and go to pray.
