Nafiny

Nafiny is a patient from Nosy Varika. She was referred by our Patient Ambassador Georgette.

She is living with her mother and has been suffering with a fistula for a year. Her friends made fun of her as she leaked urine and smelled. It broke her heart not to be surrounded by friends which caused her to be very shy when she came to our Fistula Care Centre in Madagascar.

After a few weeks of treatment and surgery Nafiny is healed and dry. She was so appreciative and told us that once she goes home and is totally recovered she wants to find a boyfriend.
